Mardome – Smoke Vent Rooflight
Mardome Trade Smoke Vent Rooflights are individual polycarbonate domes intended for easy installation on flat roofs of all modern building types to provide natural smoke and heat exhaust, as well as comfort ventilation.

Designed, fully tested and certified in accordance with EN 12101-2, they meet standards for safety, security, non-fragility and fire safety and we offer the full guarantee of an established, accredited UK manufacturer
Actulux – Electronic Window Openers
Useful for roof windows, facades and skylights, these chain drive elctronic window openers are incredibly handy for managing windows that are typically difficult to reach.

The Basics
With a housing made of andomized aluminium and built in electric overload protection, these devices are lightweight and durable.
Each one is programmable, allowing for different opening/closing speeds, widths and force depending on what is needed of the given window. They can also alternate between different opening and closing modes based on circumstance, increasing their moving speed when there is a need to ventilate smoke or heat.
Motors have been tested to EN 12101 and are compliant to it’s standards.
Actulux – Safety Controls
These control panels work in tandem with other ventiliation systems optimize their performance and adapt their behvaiour to the situation at hand, particularly in the case of emergency.

The Basics
These control panels can be attached to fire switches, smoke detectors, heat detectors, AFA systems and other forms of electronic ventiliation to ensure the comfort and safety of those utilizing it. A panel can be connected to up to 35 different panels to create a wide area network for large buildings or campuses. Each one comes with emergency protocols that activate at high temperatures and a built in 72 hour back up battery to deal with any potential power outtages which may occur.
Controllers have been tested to EN 12101 and are compliant to it’s standards.
Actulux – Electronic Door Openers
For all doors, with a compact and elegant design and built-in electronic overload protection. These door openers are sturdy and reliable with a housing made of anodized aluminium, capable of taking up to 500 Newtons of force without any damage.

They also come with a soft close function (reduced closing speed) for noise sensitive environments.
