Our smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems (SHEVS) are designed to remove smoke from a building, allowing low-level escape routes to be kept clear of smoke and reducing damage to the building.

We provide electrically and pneumatically operated louvre and flap ventilators in aluminium and polyester powder-coated finishes, complete with control panels and air compressors.

Check Ups & Maintenance

Regular inspection of smoke ventilation systems is a statutory requirement. The legislation requires that the smoke ventilation system’s owner inspects and tests the system at least yearly. Regular maintenance and service will extend the life cycle of all your components.
