OSLOOP CONTROL SYSTEM

OS2 SHEVTEC 30A PSU panel for 24V motorised smoke ventilation actuators

The OSLoop coordinator distributes power and data to the networked system, fully monitoring primary (mains) and secondary (72 hour battery) power supplies. The system intelligently monitors the current requirements of the network and determines how and when the MCPs can call on this power to activate AOVs.

Self-monitoring by design

Each MCP contains actuator switching circuitry which also monitors the actuator cabling and circuitry for faults. If a fault is detected, the MCP raises a local alarm and informs the coordinator so remote alarms can be triggered.

The MCP also supports one or more smoke detectors, again monitoring the detectors and cabling for faults. In addition, an MCP can be configured as a master/slave device to other MCPs in the same system.
